SHIPPING POLICY

Your painting will ship from Dallas, Texas (unless specified otherwise, such as shipping from a gallery). Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and location.

Paintings come unframed unless specified otherwise in the description for a particular piece.

Shipping is billed separately but will appear as ‘free’ at checkout, and Jill will send you a shipping quote after purchase. Or you can email Jill your address for a shipping quote in advance. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

I work with reliable carriers with straightforward, reasonable rates. As an example, smaller works (up to 36×36”) ship via UPS or other carrier (typically $75+). Larger and oversized pieces require custom freight (typically $200+).

Please allow up to 10 business days for packaging and handling. Local pickup and delivery are also available.

All sales are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged, email Jill within 48 hours with photos so she can assist with a claim.
