RETURN POLICY
Every artwork is created as a one‑of‑a‑kind original. Because of the unique nature of fine art, all sales are final once an order is placed, unless I’ve made a material mistake in the description or the colors are significantly different. Please review dimensions, colors, and details carefully before purchasing.
All sales are final. See also the Terms of Service page.
Color & Display Variations
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, monitor calibration, and device settings. I make every effort to photograph artwork accurately, but color variations are not considered defects.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos of the artwork
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the damage
This documentation is required to file a claim with the carrier. Once submitted, I will work with you on the next steps.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
Shipping Errors or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact me within 48 hours so I can correct the issue promptly.
Commissioned Artwork
Custom commissions are non‑refundable. The approval process includes sketches, color direction, and progress updates to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.
Designer & Trade Purchases
Trade orders follow the same return policy as standard purchases. All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once the artwork has shipped. For commissions, cancellations are not permitted after the initial deposit is paid.
