Every artwork is created as a one\u2011of\u2011a\u2011kind original. Because of the unique nature of fine art, all sales are final once an order is placed, unless I’ve made a material mistake in the description or the colors are significantly different. Please review dimensions, colors, and details carefully before purchasing.<\/p>\n
All sales are final. <\/b>See also the Terms of Service page.<\/span><\/p>\n Color & Display Variations<\/p>\n Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, monitor calibration, and device settings. I make every effort to photograph artwork accurately, but color variations are not considered defects.<\/p>\n Damaged Shipments<\/p>\n If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery with:<\/p>\n Photos of the artwork<\/p>\n Photos of the packaging<\/p>\n A brief description of the damage<\/p>\n This documentation is required to file a claim with the carrier. Once submitted, I will work with you on the next steps.<\/p>\n Lost or Stolen Packages<\/p>\n Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.<\/p>\n Shipping Errors or Incorrect Items<\/p>\n If you receive the wrong item, contact me within 48 hours so I can correct the issue promptly.<\/p>\n Commissioned Artwork<\/p>\n Custom commissions are non\u2011refundable. The approval process includes sketches, color direction, and progress updates to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.<\/p>\n Designer & Trade Purchases<\/p>\n Trade orders follow the same return policy as standard purchases. All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.<\/p>\n Cancellations<\/p>\n Orders cannot be canceled once the artwork has shipped.
